A dynamic full-body workout that integrates Pilates principles of breath, control and flow, emphasises on core-strengthening, and adds weights for intensified sculpting.
This is an intimate, focused class designed to enhance your core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning using Pilates principles and light weights. Led by certified instructor Shuping, this class combines traditional mat Pilates exercises with the added challenge of hand weights to intensify the workout and target muscle groups more effectively. This small group setting ensures personalized attention and tailored modifications, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
