Description

Breathing is the fundamental essence of life and serves as a cornerstone for a productive yoga practice. The session is centered around Nada (Sound) Yoga, pranayama (Breath) techniques, and the vocalization of breath, combined with the use of aromatherapy.

Through this experience, you will find serenity and acquire effective stress management skills while gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for the pauses between each inhalation and exhalation. Tingsha bells and singing bowls will be played to further immerse you in the soothing vibrations of sound, harmonizing them with each breath.
